Are your products brand new?
Yes, all products sold at Brainch are 100% brand new and unused unless clearly stated otherwise.
Do your power stations and generators come charged?
Most units arrive partially charged for safety. We recommend fully charging before first use.
Can I use these products for home backup?
Yes, many of our products are designed for home backup, outdoor use, RVs, and emergency situations.
Are solar panels included?
Some products include solar compatibility, but most solar panels are sold separately. Check the product description for details.

What if I entered the wrong address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot change the address.
